Job summary

Jobtailor in Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to lead strategic delivery of contracted services and architect solutions on the Workiva Platform. You will run discovery sessions, build tailored designs, and drive client satisfaction across finance, risk, and operational reporting domains.

Required are 4+ years in service delivery or related fields, experience with enterprise risk and analytics, and familiarity with SQL/JSON/REST/Python. Travel up to 25% and remote work periods enabled.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• 4 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise risk, financial planning, or analytics and reporting solutions preferred.
• Hands-on experience with the Workiva platform, SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures preferred.
• Consultant-level experience at a services company or public accounting preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to influence and drive change in business processes.
• Ability to manage multiple services.
• Enhanced technology knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with SQL, JSON, REST, or Python is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to curate and maintain customer-first relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Reliable internet access for periods working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic delivery of contracted services to customers and partners
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements
• Architect tailored solution designs integrating with the Workiva Platform
• Execute standardized solutions aligned with client and partner requirements
• Build positive relationships with clients and partners
• Complete dedicated training in financial, risk, and operational reporting on the Workiva Platform
• Mentor peers and Associates and support onboarding
• Guide internal resources and contribute to product evolution and customer satisfaction
