Job summary

Visier, the global leader in Workforce Intelligence, is hiring a Solution Consultant to drive adoption of Visier’s Workforce Intelligence solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to evangelize value, deliver compelling demos, and translate client needs into actionable proposals.

You’ll engage with CIOs and CHROs, articulate Visier’s differentiation, create demo content, and lead RFIs/RFPs while building trusted advisor relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in planning and analytics or people analytics.
• 8+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or similar.
• Background in business intelligence and data warehousing.
• Familiar with AI technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to understand client pains and data landscape.
• Explain Visier’s differentiation and value against traditional BI or competitors.
• Create demo content aligned to customer needs.
• Deliver world-class presentations and demos to meet client needs.
• Coordinate requirements with Delivery team.
• Lead solution proposals for RFIs and RFPs.
• Become Visier solution expert and trusted advisor.
• Engage with CIOs and CHROs at senior levels.
