Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a driven Software Sales professional to join our SMB/EMC hunting team in Asia. You will identify and qualify opportunities, collaborating with product, sales directors and marketing to build a strong pipeline.

Hybrid role based in Singapore with some remote work; you will engage prospects across Southeast Asia, develop a targeted prospect list, and provide an exceptional customer experience while meeting ambitious quotas.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales-related environment.
• Experience selling to SMB or EMC accounts in Asia is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and clients to understand business challenges and pain points
• Generate high-value sales pipeline through strategic prospecting into SMB or EMC accounts
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop a list of target prospects
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects and deliver top-class customer experience
