Job summary

PwC Singapore seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You will work on scalable integrations, automation, and governance across project and BAU streams, collaborating with global teams and vendors.

The role requires strong knowledge of Flow Designer, scripting, and REST integrations, with a proative, collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor junior staff. Experience with Agile delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development incl. Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Service Catalog, Notifications, Integrations, and Custom Applications.
• Hands-on experience with Glide objects (Glide form, glide user, glide system, glide aggregate).
• Proven experience delivering and supporting enterprise apps across project and BAU, including enhancements, production support, defects, and improvements.
• Strong understanding of full-stack concepts: UI, APIs, web services, and backend integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, IntegrationHub, and third-party integrations.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.
• Experience with Agile delivery and project lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with technical and business stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) are a plus.
• Service-oriented mindset prioritizing teamwork, quality, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and enterprise solutions for PwC Singapore.
• Develop scalable ServiceNow solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications, workflows, integrations, and custom apps.
• Own the Global Integration Demand project, including enhancements, support, stakeholder engagement, and delivery management.
• Manage and support BAU applications and processes, ensuring stability, performance, and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, global teams, and vendors to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Deliver new projects across full lifecycle from requirements to design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, web services, JSON, and other enterprise integration tech.
• Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, root-cause investigation, and resolution of complex issues.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, security policies, governance, and ServiceNow best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and project team members and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, and knowledge transfer materials.
