Job summary

Accenture Song in Singapore seeks a Service and Experience Designer to shape strategy and delivery across discovery to implementation. You will operate in multi-disciplinary teams serving government, financial services, and enterprises, blending craft with consultancy mindset.

You will drive research, framing, interaction and service design, and leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate synthesis and prototyping while communicating clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Experience in service design methods and enterprise/government platforms.
• Strong client-facing presentation and workshop facilitation.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows in Figma.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing.
• Translate findings into insights guiding design decisions.
• Facilitate client and user workshops across industries.
• Design end-to-end user flows, service blueprints, and orchestration models.
• Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams across strategy and delivery.
• Use AI-assisted prototyping to accelerate concepts and validation.
