Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced service design/UX researcher to shape ambiguous problems into actionable product discovery. You will drive cross-team exploration and build the foundations for a new digital tool.

You will run discovery with agency teams, map the end-to-end process, synthesize insights, translate findings into design principles and requirements, prototype interventions, and facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and validate concepts.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in service design, UX research, or product discovery.
Ability to turn messy inputs into structured insight.
Experience shaping ambiguous problem spaces.
Comfort designing for process/workflow problems, not only interfaces.
Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
Interest in or exposure to AI-assisted tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Run discovery with agency teams to understand ideation, information gathering, and requirements.
Map end-to-end process from idea to defined requirements, surfacing blockers.
Identify patterns, friction points, and unmet needs across teams and synthesize into clear insights.
Translate findings into design principles and requirements for a supporting tool or agent.
Prototype and test process interventions to validate buildable clarity.
Facilitate workshops to frame problems, align stakeholders, and pressure-test concepts.
