Job summary

3SI PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth by developing new customers, expanding key accounts and leading the sales team. You will guide tender submissions, ensure profitable quotes, and maintain strong relationships with consultants, owners, and end users.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in B2B security solutions sales, with experience in government and enterprise tenders and strong commercial negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling integrated security solutions and services.
• Strong ability to develop sales strategies and meet targets.
• Proven track record in tender submissions and client negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors including government and critical infrastructure.
• Build long-term relationships with consultants, system owners and end users.
• Lead RFIs, RFQs and tender submissions with cross-functional teams.
• Lead, coach and mentor the sales team and set KPIs.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast revenue.
