Job summary

Prosegur Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee security service delivery, and drive growth across your accounts. This role demands strategic thinking and a proven track record in client management within security services.

You will collaborate with operations, human resources, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction while expanding Prosegur's offerings across your portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, operations management, or a related field within security or service-oriented sectors.
• Proven experience in managing multiple operational sites and ensuring efficient manpower deployment; Ops Executive experience is highly relevant.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent understanding of security operations, risk assessment, and best practices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• A proactive, results-oriented, client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across multiple client sites.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of assigned security sites, ensuring adequate manpower deployment and adherence to procedures.
• Identify and address operational challenges or service gaps to ensure quality and retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional security solutions to existing clients.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure performance targets are met and contract obligations are fulfilled.
• Manage account profitability, budgets, and provide accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure coordinated service delivery.
• Prepare reports on account performance, client feedback, and operational metrics for senior management.
• Identify potential security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
