Job summary

Prosegur Singapore is seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships and oversee delivery of security services across multiple sites. The role focuses on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and growing the account portfolio within a dynamic security services environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in account/operations management in security, strong communication skills, and a proactive, results-oriented approach. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or operations management within security or service industries.
• Experience managing multiple sites and deploying manpower efficiently.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong understanding of security operations, risk assessment, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client sites.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned security sites, including manpower deployment.
• Identify and address operational challenges; implement corrective actions to ensure service quality.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; collaborate with sales to grow accounts.
• Ensure compliance with contracts; monitor SLAs and KPIs.
