The successful candidate will be responsible for managing manpower deployment across multiple client sites, ensuring seamless operational execution, and fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in related field, preferably in security operations, account management, or as an Operations Executive.
• Proven experience in managing manpower and operations, ideally within the security industry.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must possess a valid security license (or be eligible to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Manpower Management: Oversee the scheduling, deployment, and management of security personnel across client locations.
• Operations Oversight: Serve as a key contact for operational matters at assigned client sites.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs related to security personnel and site operations.
• Incident Response: Assist in management and resolution of security incidents.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on site performance and utilization.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure operations comply with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with HR, Operations and other departments.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology.
