Job Summary:

Prosegur Singapore is seeking a motivated anddetail-oriented Junior Account Manager with a strong background in securityoperations to join our growing team. The successful candidate will beresponsible for managing manpower deployment across multiple client sites,ensuring seamless operational execution, and fostering strong clientrelationships. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and acommitment to upholding Prosegur's high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manpower Management: Oversee the scheduling, deployment, and management of security personnel across various client locations. Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained to meet operational requirements and contractual obligations.
• Operations Oversight: Act as a key point of contact for operational matters at assigned client sites. Monitor daily activities, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth and efficient security operations.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving security needs, address concerns, and provide updates on service delivery.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to security personnel and site operations. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Incident Response: Assist in the management and resolution of security incidents. Liaise with relevant internal departments and external agencies as required.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on site performance, manpower utilization, client feedback, and operational challenges. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all security operations comply with Prosegur's policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Operations, and other internal departments to ensure effective coordination and support for security personnel and client needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational processes, enhance service delivery, and leverage technology to optimize security solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in security operations, account management, or as an Operations Executive.
• Proven experience in managing manpower and operations, ideally within the security industry.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A formal education in a relevant discipline is advantageous.
• Must possess a valid security license (or be eligible to obtain one).
