Prosegur Singapore is seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager with a strong security operations background to join our growing team. You will oversee manpower deployment across multiple client sites, ensuring seamless operational execution and strong client relations.

This role requires a proactive problem solver who upholds Prosegur's high service standards and collaborates with HR and Operations to continually improve delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in security operations, account management, or operations.
• Proven experience in managing manpower and operations within security.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Formal education in a relevant discipline is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, deployment, and management of security personnel across client locations.
• Monitor daily activities at client sites and resolve issues to ensure smooth security operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide updates on service delivery.
• Track KPIs related to personnel and site operations and identify improvements.
• Assist in incident management and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare regular site performance and client feedback reports for senior management.
• Ensure operations comply with Prosegur policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations and other departments to support security personnel and client needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology to optimize security solutions.
