Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales function across Singapore and export markets, driving sales and profit targets while coaching a team. The role is hands-on with dealer and end-user visits, business development, solution selling, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will oversee export sales, develop annual and monthly plans, monitor market trends, and report performance to the Managing Director. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales leadership experience.
• Experience coaching a sales team of 5+ members.
• Mandarin proficiency for communications with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Experience in industrial machinery, equipment, engineering, automotive or construction-related sales.
• Track record of achieving sales and profit targets.
• Experience in dealer/distributor and end-user sales.
• Willingness to travel overseas when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Develop annual/monthly sales plans, forecasts and business strategies.
• Manage dealer, distributor and end-user sales activities.
• Conduct regular customer visits and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote new and focus products through proposals, demonstrations and events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Coach and support sales team members through field activities and meetings.
• Oversee export sales and support major business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Service, Customer Service, Product and Logistics teams.
• Report sales performance and business updates to the Managing Director.
