Job summary

jac recruitment pte. ltd. is assisting a leading multinational in the professional tools industry to hire a Sales Manager. You will drive sales targets across Singapore and key export markets, and shape the sales strategy to expand market presence and deliver sustainable growth.

You will lead and coach a high-performing sales team, manage dealer and distributor relationships, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to grow market share and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading a sales team to meet targets.
• Strong field sales mindset; dealer/distributor and end-user sales.
• Experience in technical product industries preferred.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit targets for Singapore and export markets.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team and pipeline.
• Meet with dealers and end users, promote products, identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with Export Sales Manager on distributor relationships.
