Job summary

GOGO TECH LTD in Singapore is seeking a motivated professional to manage and actively monitor leads from partner channels, aiming to increase revenue by identifying potential clients and preparing quotations and service agreements. Build strong relationships with business customers and driver partners, proactively identify issues, and relay accurate information to the Operations Team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business required.
• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Good understanding of supply chain, ecommerce logistics, warehousing and freight forwarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage and actively monitor leads from partner channels.
• Increase revenue by identifying potential clients.
• Prepare quotations and service agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with business customers and driver partners.
• Relay customer feedback to Operations and seek improvement ideas.
• Collaborate with Operations and complete tasks within deadlines.
