GMP Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Singapore. The role focuses on expanding existing accounts, developing winning sales strategies, and managing the full sales cycle from outreach to close.

You will lead proposals, demonstrations, and product presentations while building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales, is results-driven, and willing to travel as needed within Singapore.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in sales, account management or BD.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and hitting targets.
• Able to travel within Singapore with valid driving license and own car.
• Experience with proposals and customer presentations preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience selling materials, identification or printing products preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities in existing accounts and expand into new market segments.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and accurate forecasts.
• Responsible for entire sales cycle through cold calls, networking and other channels.
• Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations and proposals to potential customers.
• Build relationships with new customers and maintain strong connections with existing customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, technical support, operations).
• Provide seamless service to clients, ensuring follow-through and accountability.
• Manage the sales process using CRM tools and pipelines.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
