Job summary

ASAHI ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. seeks a Sales Coordinator to provide sales administration and coordination support for order processing, customer service, documentation and delivery fulfilment.

You will collaborate with customers, warehouse, logistics providers and internal teams. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, sales orders, invoices and export documents; coordinating deliveries; supporting export license applications; reviewing basic technical documents; and helping resolve issues

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration and coordination.
• Proficient in handling quotations, orders, invoices, and export documents.
• Ability to liaise with customers, warehouse, logistics providers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, export documents, and other sales paperwork.
• Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on order status, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with customers, manufacturers, and local warehouses.
