Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or export administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Strong English & Mandarin communication skills (written and spoken).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support sales order and contract processing in coordination with the sales manager.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, delivery timelines, and pricing.
• Liaise with overseas teams on product availability and order fulfillment.
• Prepare customer quotations and relevant sales documents.
• Coordinate with overseas team timely delivery and export documentation.
• Ensure all export documents are correctly prepared and submitted.
• Track shipments and proactively update customers on delivery status.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations across Asia markets.
• Act as a key support contact for customers and regional sales managers.
• Handle day-to-day inquiries and customer feedback professionally.
• Support planning for customer visits, samples, and trade events.
• Assist in generating sales reports and tracking performance data.
