SimplifyNext, a Singapore-headquartered digital engineering firm, seeks a Senior Portfolio Director to oversee a portfolio of client accounts and transformation initiatives across APAC. You will lead delivery, sales, and innovation, guiding senior stakeholders and internal teams to drive business value.

In this client-facing leadership role, you will shape opportunities, ensure outcomes, and grow partnerships while staying ahead in AI, automation, and low-code.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years in consulting/technology with at least 5 years in portfolio or client leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong business development with a track record in growing client accounts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including C-suite engagement.
• Leadership to inspire and grow diverse teams.
• Deep knowledge of automation, low-code, and AI technologies and how to position them for clients.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts and transformation programs.
• Act as the senior point of contact for C-level stakeholders.
• Drive portfolio growth by identifying opportunities for account expansion and follow‑on engagements.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high‑value outcomes.
• Partner with Business Development and Sales to qualify, shape, and win new opportunities.
• Lead the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations.
• Develop thought leadership and evangelize capabilities in Automation, AI, and Low‑Code.
• Oversee multiple project streams within the portfolio, ensuring on‑time, within‑budget delivery.
• Provide strategic oversight and governance, including risk management and resources.
• Guide senior project managers and solution leads, ensuring best practices alignment.
• Establish portfolio‑level reporting and communicate performance metrics.
• Mentor and coach project managers and technical leads.
• Foster collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence.
• Contribute to shaping SimplifyNext’s Technology practice with new ideas and frameworks.
• Stay ahead of AI, automation, and digital transformation trends and translate them into strategies.
