Job summary

Crisis24 Group in Singapore is hiring an experienced Implementation & Solutions Consultant for a hybrid client-facing role. You will manage end-to-end SaaS implementations and assist with technical pre-sales, discovery, and product demos.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS implementation or related client-facing tech roles.
• Proven experience delivering software implementations and managing client relationships.
• Strong project management skills across multiple engagements.
• Clear, effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of APIs, data integrations, and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation and upsells.
• Define timelines, milestones and success criteria using Jira, Salesforce and Certinia.
• Gather requirements and tailor implementation approaches to business objectives.
• Provide best-practice guidance to optimize Crisis24 solutions and value realization.
• Monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure smooth transition to support.
• Collaborate with regional sales for technical discovery, design, and demos.
• Respond to technical questions and coordinate with senior teams as needed.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and development of technical sales materials.
• Translate sales requirements into practical implementation plans.
• Maintain knowledge of Crisis24's solution catalogue and configurations.
• Stay current on TRM, BCM, and CEM practices.
