Job summary

AIA is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders and Local Business Units across Asia. You will translate business priorities into effective people strategies, manage succession, workforce planning, organisation effectiveness, and performance and reward frameworks, while ensuring governance and GPS compliance.

You will advise on complex employee relations, lead investigations when required, and oversee critical lifecycle events like onboarding and offboarding,

Qualifications

• University graduate with HR business partnering experience.
• 12+ years of relevant HR experience advising senior stakeholders.
• Strong business judgement, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate across markets and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into clear people strategies.
• Oversee salary budgets, performance outcomes, compensation planning, OPR and People KPIs.
• Provide HR guidance with governance, GPS alignment and local requirements.
• Lead investigations and resolve employee relations issues with sound judgement.
• Support onboarding and offboarding with strong process governance.
