AIA (Vietnam) Life Insurance in Singapore seeks a senior HR business partner to translate business priorities into effective people strategies and interventions. You will advise senior leaders, support LBUs, and drive workforce planning, organisation effectiveness and employee relations across markets.
In this role you will review succession plans, advance leadership development, and ensure governance of HR policies and frameworks while addressing complex people matters with enterprise
Competenze
- University graduate with substantial HR partnering experience across markets.
- Strong business judgement and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage stakeholders.
- Experience in workforce planning, succession and employee relations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate across markets and adapt under pressure.
Mansioni
- Act as trusted HR advisor to senior business leaders and LBUs.
- Translate business priorities into people strategies and interventions.
- Review leadership succession plans and talent readiness across organizations.
- Lead organisation effectiveness initiatives including workforce planning and operating model reviews.
- Address employee relations, performance, and development needs; conduct investigations where required.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify improvements and drive solutions.
