Job summary

TEAMBUILD ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a capable Quantity Surveyor to manage tenders, contracts, and commercial aspects of construction projects. You will ensure accurate bill of quantities, evaluate quotations, and monitor payments and variations from vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying and Building or equivalent.
• 2 years relevant experience in construction or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of market updates and cost trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Tender Management: review specifications and quantities for realistic commercial value.
• Call quotations to invite subcontractors for competitive tenders.
• Review drawings to capture special requirements and annotations in tenders.
• Consult Construction team on tender scope and align on unusual requirements.
