Job summary

TIAN FU CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a diligent Quantity Surveyor to support tendering and project controls. You will prepare tender documents, budgets and bills of quantities, and source suppliers and sub-contractors for quotations.

You will take-off quantities for tender and ongoing projects, submit progress claims promptly, maintain documentation, and liaise with site personnel, vendors, consultants and subcontractors to resolve project matters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other documentation
• Source suppliers and sub-contractors for quotations
• Take-off quantities for tender and ongoing projects
• Submit progress claims and reports promptly
• Maintain proper documentation
• Liaise with site personnel, vendors, consultants and subcontractors for project matters.
• Other Quantity Surveyor duties as assigned
