The role involves assisting in progress claim assessments, variation orders, and collaborating with the project team to meet project requirements. Immediate start preferred. Candidate should be diploma/degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCAD, and capable of independent

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Efficient with good analytical abilities and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in tender submission, including taking off, calling for quotations and preparation of tender documents for submission.
• Analyse and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal terms.
• Assess Subcontractor’s Progress Claims and prepare payment responses within timeline.
• Assist Contract Managers in assessment of Variation Orders and Extensions of Time by Subcontractors and Suppliers.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
