Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of quantity surveying experience in Plumbing Sanitary Gas, M&E or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of measurement, cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, contractual compliance, and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full quantity surveying duties across the entire project lifecycle, from tender stage through final accounts.
• Prepare timely tender submissions for plumbing, sanitary and gas works, including quantity measurement and take-off.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to understand project scope and requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve cost-effective project outcomes.
• Assist in contract administration, variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlements and subcontractor payments throughout project execution.
• Maintain proper documentation for contracts, quotations, progress claims, and project records.
• Perform all other QS related duties or any other duties as assigned by Management.
