Job summary

WSG Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor (Plumbing & Sanitary) to support tender submissions, cost estimation, and monthly progress claims. You will liaise with managers, clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers, and manage purchasing and inventory.

The ideal candidate holds a degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, has 5+ years of relevant experience, is proficient in Cubicost TME and AutoCAD, and can communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Cubicost TME and/or AutoCAD.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Immediate start or short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, material specifications, prepare and submit the P&S plan, shop drawing, & other required documents.
• Assist with prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and finalize accounts.
• Assist with quantity measurements and cost estimation.
• Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers.
• Purchasing and inventory management.
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
