WECRUIT PTE. LTD. invites a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our project delivery team in Singapore.

You will prepare cost estimates, budgets and quantity take-offs, evaluate subcontractor quotations and claims, and assist with progress claims, variation orders and final accounts. You will monitor project costs and liaise with project teams, consultants, clients and subcontractors to ensure cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant Singapore construction experience, preferably in civil works.
• Familiarity with Singapore LTA contracts.
• EA License No: 20C0270 (listed in posting)

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and claims.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Assist with contract administration and negotiations.
• Monitor project costs and maintain cost control.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
