Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to prepare Bills of Quantities and manage cost aspects of construction projects in Singapore. You will evaluate quotations, prepare sub-contract documents for review and approval, and support daily cost control activities.

You will assist on EOT, acceleration, prolongation, and cost claims, and help prepare final accounts and progress certificates for sub-contractors. Meetings will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities.
• Experience evaluating quotations for tenders.
• Ability to prepare sub-contract/purchasing documents for review and approval.
• Cost control for projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities
• Obtained quotations and do up evaluation for quotations
• Prepare the sub-contract/purchasing document for review & approval
• Cost management of projects.
• Assist the supervisor in the preparation of EOT, acceleration, prolongation and cost claims etc.
• Prepare final accounts of sub-contract work
• Prepare progress payment certificates for sub-contractors
• Attend meeting as and when required.
• Other duties as assigned.
