Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to manage QS activities, BOQ preparation, and subcontractor coordination for tenders and works. You will monitor contractor progress, certify valuations, and produce cost reports while ensuring compliance with SHEP and project deadlines.

The role involves budget oversight, performance reviews of suppliers, and active participation in project meetings to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying and subcontractor management.
• Experience preparing subcontractor BOQ, specifications, contracts and programmes for tender/works.
• Ability to monitor contractor works and assist QS to certify valuations.
• Preparation of cost value reports and budget tracking.
• Review of supplier and subcontractor performance on a periodic basis.
• Attend daily and monthly meetings and ensure compliance with SHEP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare subcontractor BOQ, specifications, contracts, and schedules for tender/works.
• Monitor and measure contractors' works and assist QS to certify valuations.
• Prepare cost value reports and track project budgets against planned figures.
• Ensure contractors submit SHEP documents and comply with requirements.
• Maintain regular reviews of supplier and subcontractor performance.
• Attend daily and monthly project meetings and progress reviews.
• Ensure drawings meet project/tender deadlines and coordinate with CAD teams.
