The role focuses on preparing cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs, while evaluating subcontractor quotations and claims to ensure cost-effective project delivery. In addition to preparing progress claims and final accounts, you will assist with contract administration and negotiations, monitor costs, and liaise with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to maintain

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Singapore construction experience, preferably in civil works.
• Familiarity with Singapore LTA contracts.

Responsabilités

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and claims.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
