Job summary

• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of tendering, cost control, and contract documentation
• Experience in preparing payment claims and final accounts
• Ability to conduct site measurements and evaluate work progress

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify cost estimates, including submissions from subcontractors and vendors
• Manage financial projections, budgeting, and expenditure control
• Prepare monthly payment claims and final accounts with complete supporting documentation
• Conduct site measurements and evaluate work done for payment claims and certifications
• Review tender specifications, evaluate submissions, and support contract documentation
• Assess and verify star rates to ensure alignment with fair market pricing
