Job summary

SJ Group in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulation of procurement strategies, managing tender processes, and providing financial advice.

The ideal candidate should possess a recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, 4-5 years of relevant working experience, and strong technical knowledge of contract duties. A membership with SISV, RICS, or AIQS is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years working experience in cost consultancy/contracts management.
• Strong technical background with sound knowledge of pre- and post-contract duties.
• Membership with SISV, RICS or AIQS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from inception through to completion.
