Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Quantity Surveyor_Project Executive in Singapore to support cost management, tender submissions, budgets, and progress claims. You will review drawings, contracts, and tender documents while monitoring costs and margins, ensuring accurate commercial reporting and stakeholder liaison.

This role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams, and supporting M&E, FM, A&A, and ad-hoc projects with cost control and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, quotations, and budgets.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documents.
• Monitor project costs, revenue, and gross margins.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, claims, and payments.
• Manage contractual matters, commercial risks, and cost recovery.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare commercial reports.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Support M&E, FM, A&A, and ad-hoc projects with cost and contract management.
