Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for contract administration and cost control. The role includes preparing tender documents and progress payments, with responsibilities in project estimations and ensuring compliance with specifications. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Must be independent and able to meet tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre/post contract administration, the preparation of tender documentation and pricing.
• Prepare and assist in monitoring progress claims and payments.
• Perform cost planning and cost control.
• Preparation of monthly valuations for progress payments.
• Settle contractual disputes and prepare final accounts.
• In charge of material takeoff, cost & estimate of projects.
• Ensure compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications.
• Handle other adhoc duties assigned.
