Job summary

Global Industrial Support Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to join our construction projects and manage cost control from pre-contract through final accounts.

You will prepare clients’ monthly progress claims, verify subcontractors’ claims, draft LOA documents and negotiate terms, and finalize final accounts while adhering to tight deadlines. This role requires strong negotiation, teamwork, and local QS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 2 years’ local experience as QS in Construction industry.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; a team player.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clients monthly progress claim.
• Verify Subcontractors monthly progress claim, and recommend subcontractor's monthly progress payment.
• Review and prepare letter of award for sub-contractors and negotiate terms and LOA clauses with subcontractors.
• Finalise subcontract and main contract’s final account.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.
