Job summary

TENET (GLOBAL) PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Project Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to perform end-to-end contract administration for projects.

The role collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to support claims, variations, and certificates. You will manage monthly reports, maintain data accuracy in systems, and assist in cost tracking, final accounts, retention claims, and ad hoc administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and submission of Main Contractors progress claims, variations and subcontractors certificates.
• Correspondence and follow up with clients and subcontractors.
• Record and maintain monthly report.
• Maintain data accuracy in software or other system with proper documentations, filling and entries.
• Assist in the management and tracking of project costs and certificates.
• Coordinate with Project Team, Main Contractors and Finance on contract and claim matters.
• Participant in the preparation of final accounts and retention claims.
• Ad Hoc admin duties.
