Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Tendering and Bid Manager to prepare commercial proposals, review requirements, and coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Project teams.

The role focuses on cost estimation, vendor quotations, and tight deadline management to support successful bids in energy, power, and industrial sectors. You will ensure accurate pricing, compliant terms, and smooth handover to delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, quantity surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years in tendering, proposals, bid management, quotations or cost estimation.
• Experience in energy, power generation, oil & gas, EPC, or industrial services is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of commercial terms, pricing, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Review customer requirements, terms, and pricing.
• Obtain vendor quotations and prepare cost calculations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Projects teams.
• Manage proposal timelines, clarifications, approvals, and submissions.
• Support commercial handover, POs, invoicing, and project activities.
• Maintain proposal records and support process improvements.
