Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a commercially focused professional to support aftermarket sales. You will prepare and coordinate proposals, identify opportunities, and collaborate with vendors and Legal to finalize terms.

The role requires risk assessment, strong negotiation with customers and vendors, and ensuring compliance with export controls and company policies while supporting project execution, invoicing and payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial proposals, sales support, tendering, contract management or business development.
• Experience in energy, power generation, engineering or industrial services is advantageous.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with customers, vendors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals for aftermarket projects, parts and services.
• Identify, develop, quote and close sales opportunities to meet targets.
• Liaise with vendors to prepare cost calculations and commercial proposals.
• Review contractual terms with Legal and prepare commercial deviations.
• Conduct commercial risk assessments and propose mitigation plans.
• Negotiate with customers and vendors on scope, pricing and terms.
• Provide regular sales updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support project execution, procurement, invoicing and customer payment follow-ups.
• Ensure export control compliance and adherence to company policies.

• Support audits, marketing activities and service business improvement initiatives.
