Job summary

SYSPEX TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Project Sales Executive in Singapore to develop project sales opportunities and manage tender submissions from contractors, consultants and project owners.

You will coordinate with internal teams to translate technical specs into compelling proposals and ensure timely delivery of tender documents and commercial terms. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or degree in Engineering, has B2B project sales experience, and excels at building strong

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in B2B project sales, preferably serving contractors, consultants or project owners.
• Familiarity with tender documentation, project specifications and commercial contracts.
• Able to read technical drawings and specifications, or willing to develop this capability.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and submission deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify new project opportunities and develop relationships with contractors, consultants and project owners.
• Engage consultants early to introduce our solutions and support their inclusion in project specifications.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand project requirements, specifications and timelines.
• Review tender documents, drawings and specifications with technical teams to assess requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, quotations and supporting information accurately and within deadlines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on technical submissions, costing and proposed delivery schedules.
• Follow up on tender submissions, respond to clarifications and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Review customer contracts and purchase orders, highlighting scope, payment terms, delivery commitments and contractual risks for management approval.
• Coordinate project handover with technical and operations teams, ensuring agreed requirements and commitments are clearly communicated.
• Follow up on variations, progress claims and outstanding payments with the relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, project pipelines and sales forecasts.
