Job summary

CT-ART CREATION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a sales-oriented professional to clinch projects, respond to inquiries, and explore new opportunities. You will participate in tenders, prepare proposals, and coordinate handovers to Design and Operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma, can work independently or in a team, and possesses strong communication skills. Driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Preferably at least 2 years working experience in related field.
• The ability and desire to sell.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence & vehicle (Preferred but not a prerequisite)
• Entry level candidates are also welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinch sales projects and meet sales quota.
• Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Actively look out for new sales opportunities.
• Participate in tenders and prepare proposals, tender document and quotations.
• Ensure information is handed over to Design and Operations Team.
• Coordinate with all departments to monitor project progress for timely delivery.
• Verify accuracy of invoices and follow up on payments with clients.
• Prepare sales documentation at handing over to client.
• Assist Sales Manager with related duties.

• To verify accuracy of invoices (internal/external) and follow up with clients on payments whenever necessary.
• To prepare sales documentations at the point of handing over to client
• To assist Sales Manager to perform any other related duties as required
