Job summary

CT-ART CREATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a motivated Sales Executive to clinch projects, respond to inquiries, and drive new opportunities. You will participate in tenders and prepare proposals, quotations, and handover documents to our Design and Operations teams.

Ideal candidates have a diploma, 2 years related experience or entry-level willing to learn, strong communication, and teamwork. Driving licence is preferred but not required; independence and client focus are valued.

Qualifications

Diploma in any field.
At least 2 years working experience in related field.
The ability and desire to sell.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence & vehicle (preferred but not a prerequisite)
Entry level candidates are also welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

To clinch sales projects and meet sales quota.
To respond and follow up on sales enquiries.
To actively look out for new sales opportunities.
To participate in tenders and prepare proposals, tender document and quotations.
To ensure information is properly handed over to Design and Operations Team.
To consistently monitor project progress and coordinate with all departments involved to ensure timely project delivery.
To verify accuracy of invoices (internal/external) and follow up with clients on payments whenever necessary.
To prepare sales documentations at the point of handing over to client.
To assist Sales Manager to perform any other related duties as required.
