Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a professional to support the jobs and skills pillar across the sector(s) under its purview. This role centers on strategic manpower planning, stakeholder engagement and project management to diagnose gaps and design interventions.

You will collaborate with government agencies and industry partners to promote workforce initiatives, manage programmes and monitor progress in a dynamic public-sector environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in industry engagement, account/project management and/or consultancy roles.
• Salary will commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Manpower Planning: Identify industry manpower challenges and skills needs; engage partners to diagnose gaps and opportunities; design strategic human capital solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Management: Establish relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders; collaborate with government agencies and tripartite partners to implement manpower interventions.
• Project Management: Plan and review budgets; organize outreach and events; track programmes and analyse data to inform decisions.
