Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore is seeking a capable leader to design and implement operational policies and service delivery plans for government programmes, ensuring alignment with policy intent and outcomes.

You will build and supervise partnerships across agencies, unions, community and private sectors; oversee grant governance, stakeholder communications, and performance oversight with NTUC-e2i and CMPs; drive continuous improvement of processes and responses to appeals.

Responsibilities

• Designing, enhancing, implementing and reviewing partnership collaborations with agencies across the government, union, community and private sectors.
• Managing and supervising strategic partnerships and performance oversight of key institutional partners like NTUC-e2i and CMPs.
• Leading the implementation of funding support schemes, including governance, workflows and SOPs, and data analysis for scheme effectiveness reviews.
• Working with internal stakeholders to manage operations and grants-related processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Managing appeals/feedback processes across agencies to craft proper responses within service level agreements.
