Job summary

St Luke's Hospital - Singapore is seeking a Head of Hospital Operations to drive strategic direction and oversee all support services including facilities, biomedical engineering, materials, food & beverage, medical records, security, housekeeping, linen, landscaping and pest control. The role requires strong leadership and a track record in operational management to enable high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in hospital operations or facilities management.
Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee facilities management and development of hospital facilities and infrastructure.
Direct biomedical engineering and equipment management.
Lead food & beverage, medical records, security, housekeeping, linen, landscaping, and pest control operations.
Develop and manage department budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure integrated service delivery.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
