Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to define scope, plan, execute, monitor, and close programmes aligned with company goals and governance. You will support proposals, cost estimates, and schedules to ensure successful delivery, while developing budgets, milestones and resource plans to meet approved targets.

You will monitor performance, address deviations with corrective actions, and maintain strong stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years of programme management experience preferred.
• Strong skills in contract management and project financial controls.
• Vendor management, negotiation and collaboration capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical and non-technical info.

Responsibilities

• Define the programme scope and manage planning, execution, monitoring and completion.
• Support proposal development, cost estimation, and scheduling activities.
• Develop and manage schedules, milestones, budgets and resource plans.
• Monitor performance, track deliverables, and address deviations with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and governance.
• Manage customer requirements and maintain stakeholder engagement across teams.
