Job summary

Charterhouse Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Program Manager to lead end-to-end project management for highly customised precision equipment solutions. You will coordinate across engineering, operations, and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery and global customer satisfaction.

The role requires 8–10 years of international experience, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on excellence in operations. Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP is preferred; excellent communication across global teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience in end-to-end Project Management or related International Engineering and/or Business Management experiences in a complex and high mix low volume Precision Manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in an acquired solution-oriented mind set to deal with complex and matrix organizational framework.
• Excellent hands-on experience and knowledge in driving Operations Excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relay and drive process improvements across a global organization to regional/global stakeholders involved.
• Good understanding of SAP and equivalent ERP system is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Global Program Management Director, and this position will be focusing on the below:
• Develop and maintain long term business relationships with assigned customer(s) to make happen successful optimization of utilization of manufacturing equipment, systems, and resources to meet changing production demands.
• Lead strategic demand forecast alignment with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to derive feasible customer project objectives to provide optimal operations support to ensure on time delivery.
• Deep dive into critical quality control pain points and actively look into continuous process improvements.
• Identify and spearhead opportunities to introduce improvements in Risk Assessment and Materials Management dashboards to ensure seamless project management review sessions.
