Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore seeks a Manager, Programme Management to lead the definition, planning and delivery of complex programmes in a fast-paced defence-related environment.

You will manage scope, milestones, budgets and resources, ensuring governance and alignment with contractual commitments while coordinating with cross-functional teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM, Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant programme management experience preferred.
• Strong PM skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of contract management and project financial controls.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to convey technical and non-technical info.
• Independence and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of defence industry or government/international projects is a plus.
• Singapore Citizens only.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Define the programme scope and manage the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and completion of programmes, ensuring alignment with company objectives, contractual commitments, and governance requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey both technical and non-technical information.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good knowledge of the defence industry or experience supporting government, defence, or international customer projects will be an added advantage.
