Job summary

UM CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives in Singapore. You will plan, monitor, and close projects, leading cross-functional teams of 5–25 people in an Agile environment.

You will develop comprehensive plans, manage risks and dependencies, and report to senior management. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver value through disciplined governance.

Qualifications

Proven track record planning, executing, controlling and closing projects.
Experience managing full lifecycle of projects with teams 5–25 people.
Experience with AGILE methodology for medium to large projects.
Strong ability to create and maintain project/programme plans including risks, actions, issues and dependencies.
Efficient in resource planning and task assignment.
Knowledge of benefits mapping, risk management and resource planning.
Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
Excellent written and oral communication for reports and presentations.
Diplomatic influence across all levels of business.
Ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships.
Ability to mediate disagreements and negotiate resolutions.
Experience in programme and project level financial management.
Experience delivering benefits realisation for projects and programmes.

Responsibilities

Ensure successful implementation of the business strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables.
Monitor programme reporting and assist team in reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
Establish frameworks and standards for programme and project management; manage financial and KPI information.
Provide capacity planning and resource tracking across the programme.
Track financial reporting to ensure alignment with budgets.
Maintain dependency log and manage cross-programme dependencies.
Coordinate project closure and log lessons learned.
Build team cohesion and motivate for quality output.
Define and embed project control and governance.
Provide project planning, milestone, scope, and resource forecasting.
Oversee financial management; change management across the portfolio.
Prepare regular status reporting for engagement leadership.
