Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (PTE) Limited is seeking a Programme Manager to drive end-to-end project delivery across the organisation. You will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to ensure projects meet scope, time, and budget while enabling change adoption.

Fluent English, a degree, and project management certification are desirable; you will lead governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications, coordinating budgets and resources.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects of moderate to high complexity.
• Experience working with business and technology stakeholders.
• Degree holders in any disciplines and PM certification desirable.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring through to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource plans.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Establish governance, documentation, and reporting structures; manage risks and changes.
• Coordinate with business, operations, technology, risk, and external vendors to ensure delivery.
